摘 要:点火系统波形分析是开展汽车发动机故障检测的关键技术手段,文章基于博世FSA 740发动机故障检测仪的示波器功能,对汽车发动机电子控制点火系统的初级和次级点火波形进行了检测与分析,阐述了点火波形的检测方法,重点分析了四缸并列次级点火波形和单缸次级点火波形。实验检测结果表明,通过对发动机次级波形闭合部分、点火线、火花线等的分析,观察波形、脉冲、峰值等,可以准确判断发动机工作状态,对发动机进行不解体故障诊断,该分析方法为维修人员可提供高效实用的故障诊断思路和维修依据,提高工作效率。The ignition waveform is the key method to analyze the automotive engine faults.Based on the oscilloscope function of BOSCH FSA 740 engine faults detector,electronic control system of automobile engine can be tested and analyzed through primary and secondary ignition waveforms.Moreover,the methods of detecting ignition waveforms are illustrated.And the secondary ignition waveforms of four-cylinder and single cylinder engines are analyzed respectively.The experimental results show that,through analyzing the closed part,ignition line and spark line of secondary ignition waveforms,and meanwhile by observing waveforms,pulse,peak etc.,the engine status can be determined accurately without having been disassembled.Such analysis would provide effective and practical instructions to diagnose automotive faults for car mechanics.
