摘　　要：对城市居民PM_(2.5)减排行为的正确引导可有效缓解我国雾霾污染。基于拓展的计划行为理论建立雾霾治理视角下城市居民PM_(2.5)减排行为意愿模型,并借助结构方程建模方法(SEM)对川渝地区城市居民个人层面的PM_(2.5)减排行为及其影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示:居民的态度、主观规范、感知行为控制和道德规范都显著正向影响居民的PM_(2.5)减排行为意愿,而且在雾霾治理背景下,居民道德规范的影响力度明显加大;环境后果和环境责任感分别从两个角度显著影响居民的道德规范和减排意愿,环境责任感在道德规范的培养中发挥了中介作用。最后,为管理部门针对性的调控6个影响因素以引导居民PM_(2.5)减排行为提供了政策建议。The guidance to urban resident’s PM2.5 reduction behaviors can effectively alleviate haze pollution.Based on extended theory of planned behavior,the paper builds an urban resident’s PM2.5 reduction behavior model from the perspective of haze governance and makes an empirical study toward to urban resident’s PM2.5 reduction behaviors and its influencing factors by using Structural Equation Model.An effective sample of Cheng-Yu area was collected.The results showed:resident’s attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and moral norm all significantly influenced his PM2.5reduction behaviors.Under the background of haze pollution,the impact of moral norm increased obviously.Awareness of consequences and ascription of responsibility significantly affected moral norm and PM2.5 reduction behavioral intention from two aspects,respectively.And ascription of responsibility had partial mediating effect in their relation.At last,strategies of how to encourage residents to participate in PM2.5 reduction behaviors are provided based on those six influencing factors.
