摘　　要：管理学课程的设计与革新,必须充分考量学生需要、教学需求、知识体系架构的本质诉求。在泛在教育的宏观视域下,将情景化的学习环境作为重点开发方向,其系统化的教学模式超越了传统课堂的局限性,可支持学生自主学习动机的构建。为此,从泛在教育背景下提炼出管理学课程的改革原则与方法,以期利用泛在学习模式打造先进的管理学课堂,为学生提供适应性更强的教育方案。The design and innovation of management courses must fully consider students' needs,teaching needs and knowledge system structure.Under the macroscopic view of ubiquitous education,the contextualized learning environment is the key development direction.Its systematic teaching model transcends the limitations of traditional classrooms and supports the construction of students' self-learning motivation.To this end,this paper extracts the reform principles and methods of management courses from the background of education in order to use the ubiquitous learning model to create advanced management classes,and provide students with more adaptable educational programs.
