摘  要:研究了热镀锌板磷化膜质量对其电泳膜抗石击腐蚀性能的影响。在满足车身涂装前处理要求的前提下,磷化膜晶粒尺寸和微孔电阻小有利于电泳膜厚的提高,磷化膜与电泳漆膜的结合力也较强。石击后循环腐蚀试验结果表明,热镀锌板上磷化膜的质量是影响电泳漆膜抗石击腐蚀的关键因素。磷化膜的晶粒尺寸越小,其电泳涂装后的抗石击腐蚀能力越强。The effect of the quality of phosphating film on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet on the resistance of subsequent electrophoretic coating to stone chipping and corrosion was studied.On the premise of the qualification of pretreatment,the decrease in grain size and micropore resistance of phosphating film results in the increase of electrophoretic coating thickness and the enhancement of the adhesion between electrophoretic coating and phosphating film.The result of cyclic corrosion test after stone chipping results showed that the quality of phosphating film on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is the key factor affecting the corrosion resistance of the electrophoretic coating suffered from chipping.The smaller the grain size of phosphating film is,the stronger the chipping corrosion resistance of electrophoretic coating is.
