摘 要:目的调查右江民族医学院基层医疗卫生机构全科医生转岗培训的现况,分析影响因素,为进一步改进和完善培训方案提供依据。方法对2013~2017年在右江民族医学院进行全科医生转岗培训的197名学员进行问卷调查,并对部分学员所在的单位领导和负责培训的老师进行个人访谈,了解培训效果。结果培训期间的收入下降是影响学员参加培训的主要因素;学员对教师的教学方法、后勤保障和组织、考勤制度满意度偏低;培训后对知识技能掌握情况的自评中,全科医学的应用及预防医学领域的知识技能掌握情况不太理想。结论全科医生转岗培训是基层医疗卫生机构培养全科医生的重要途径,加强师资队伍建设,完善办学条件,有针对性地对不同层次的学员开展培训工作,是提升培训质量的关键。Objective To investigate the current situation of the post transfer training of general practitioners in the primary-level health care institutions of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,and to analyze related influencing factors so as to provide evidence for further improvement of the training programs. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 197 general practitioners who accepted post transfer training in Youjiang University for Nationalities from 2013 to 2017, and personal interviews were conducted with the leaders of some trainees’ work units and teachers in charge of training to understand the training effects. Results Decline in income during the training period was the main factor affecting trainees’ participation in the training.The trainees had low satisfaction for the teaching methods,logistics support and organization,and attendance system during the training.In the self-evaluation of knowledge and skill mastery after training,the application of general medicine and the mastery of knowledge and skills in preventive medicine were not ideal. Conclusion Post transfer training is an important way to train general practitioners in primary medical and health institutions.The key to improve the quality of training is to strengthen the construction of teachers,to perfect the conditions of running schools and to targetedly carry out training work for students at different levels.
