摘 要:首先,对玉米脱粒机整体结构设计进行了分析和设计;然后,根据脱粒装置控制系统需求,设计了基于嵌入式的脱粒装置模糊控制系统;最后,从硬软件两方面采用ARM和模糊控制技术,实现了玉米脱粒控制系统。试验表明:玉米籽粒脱离率在97%以上,成功率高,破碎率在0. 53%以下,达到了预期设计的要求。该系统的稳定性和效率较高,对实现玉米脱粒作业具有重要意义。This paper first carries on the analysis and design of the overall structure of corn threshing machine design.Then according to the threshing device control system design of fuzzy control system based on embedded threshing device.Finally,from two aspects of hardware and software,using ARM and fuzzy control technology,the control system of corn thresher.The results showed that the corn grain detachment rate is over 97%,the success rate is high,and the crushing rate is below 0.53%,which has achieved the expected design requirements.Besides,the stability and efficiency of the system is high,which is of great significance for the corn threshing operation.
