摘　　要：生物制药工业对我国医药行业的发展有重要的推动作用,近年来迅速发展的生物制药行业对生物制药人才的质量和数量提出了更高的要求。基于烟台大学药学院在建设具有特色的国家级药学实验教学示范中心过程中的经验,围绕现有生物制药方向本科生与研究生培养模式的不足,提出建立基于人才创新平台的微生物与生化药学教学新模式的途径。The biopharmaceutical industry plays an important role in promoting the development of China Pharmaceutical industry.The rapid development in recent years has also put forwards higher requirements for the quality and quantity of biopharmaceutical talents.Based on the exploration experiences of the School of Pharmacy of Yantai University in the construction of the national featured demonstration center for experimental pharmacy education,centering on the imperfection of undergraduate and postgraduate training modes in the current biopharmaceutical field,new ways and strategies to establish a new teaching mode for Microbiology and Biochemical Pharmacy based on talent innovation platform are proposed.
