加拿大职业教育特色及其对我国职业教育的启示

摘　　要：本文从分析加拿大职业教育的四大显著特色入手,通过详细深入的对比剖析,总结了其在学分制、资格证书、认证体系、教学理念、分级培养模式、均衡师资水平、课堂学习氛围及带薪实习等方面的做法。然后结合我国现有职业教育的培养模式,从能力教育与多重分级培训模式、合作办学与职业资格准入制度、选拔培养机制、弹性培养机制、教师队伍建设及学分互认等方面提出了一些发展我国职业教育的建议。According to the in-depth comparative analysis of four significant features of Canadian vocational education,the article summarizes its practices in terms of credit system,qualification certificate,certification system,teaching philosophy,level-to-level training mode,balanced teacher level,classroom learning atmosphere and paid internship.Then,combining with the existing training mode of China's vocational education,some suggestions for the development of China's vocational education are put forward from such aspects as capacity education and multi-level training mode,the admittance system of cooperative education and vocational qualification,selection training mechanism,elastic training mechanism,teacher team building and credit mutual recognition.
