摘 要:德国工业4.0的提出,推动了高职机电类专业教育的发展。学习和分析德国智能工厂、应用型大学的师资建设与人才培养模式以及职业教育的发展经验,引发对中国高职机电类专业教育的思考和探究。加强联合培养、深化校企合作;建立完善教育标准,改革机电类专业课程内容;建设双师型队伍,培育敬业、创新的理念氛围。The proposal of German Industry 4.0 Model has promoted the development of Electromechanical specialty education in higher vocational colleges.This essay firstly summarized the experience of the German Intelligent Factory,as well as the experience of the teachers team building,personnel training and vocational education development in applied universities,and then discussed ways for Electromechanical Specialty education in higher vocational colleges,which involves strengthening joint training,deepening the education mode of school-enterprise cooperation,establishing educational standards,reforming the construction and curriculum content of electromechanical specialties,building a double qualified team,cultivating the concept and atmosphere of dedication and innovation,etc.
