物流管理专业专本衔接人才培养现状与展望——以武汉船舶职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：开展高职院校与普通本科院校联合培养技能型人才,是加快构建和完善现代职业教育体系的重要举措。本文在阐述武汉船舶职业技术学院物流管理专业专本衔接人才培养的理论依据、政策支持以及现状的基础上,提出了今后在人才培养的深入衔接、沟通方面的发展方向。It is an important measure to speed up the construction and improvement of modern vocational education system through joint training of skilled professionals between higher vocational colleges and general undergraduate colleges.This essay explained the theoretical basis,policy support and current situation of logistics management talents training in Wuhan Institute of Shipping Technology,and put forward the future development direction for in-depth connection and communication in talent training.
