校训精神对大学生情商教育的培养——以南通科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：本文以南通科技职业学院为例,分析“厚德匠心”校训精神对学生情商培养发挥的重要作用,探究“厚德匠心”校训精神与情商教育的个性化融合,提出搭建一个“厚德匠心”精神对学生情商教育的培养平台,通过文化教育和校园实践两种途径,构建体验式、浸润式、新媒介等三大培育体系。this paper takes nantong vocational college of science and technology as an example,the analysis of“thick DE originality”school motto spirit to culture the important role of the students’emotional intelligence,to explore the school motto“thick DE originality”personalized fusion of spirit and emotional intelligence education,put forward to build a“thick DE originality”spirit of the cultivation of students’emotional intelligence education platform,through cultural education and campus practice two ways,build experience type,infiltration type,new media,such as three cultivation system.
