摘 要:针对表贴式永磁同步电机的转矩控制或速度控制中的电流环控制,研究并设计了一种基于综合扰动补偿的滑模电流控制策略。该控制策略包含一个滑模电流控制器和一个综合扰动估计器。电流控制器中,设计了一种滑模控制策略来获得较快的电流响应速度和消除抖振现象。综合扰动估计器将电机控制设计过程中所忽略的各种扰动统一看作综合扰动进行估计。用MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型和实际电机控制系统进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明该控制策略相对于传统滑模控制有较大的性能提升。For the torque control or the current-loop control of the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors (SPMSM),a sliding mode control (SMC) strategy with the comprehension disturbance compensation was studied and designed.This strategy concludes a SMC current controller and a comprehension disturbance estimator.In the SMC current controller,the SMC strategy was designed to obtain fast current response and eliminate the chattering phenomenon.The comprehension disturbance estimator gave the estimated value of the comprehension disturbance,which included nearly all PMSM disturbances.Simulation and experimental verifications were presented based on the MATLAB/ Simulink simulation model and motor control system.Results show that this control strategy has obvious improvement comparing to the traditional SMC strategy.
