摘 要:为了合理地制定环境应力筛选计划,选取合适的筛选时间,减少环境应力筛选费用,以印制电路板为例,使用威布尔分布描述其寿命特性,使用数值仿真的方法,建立了其环境应力筛选寿命周期总费用模型。研究费用模型的影响因素,以元器件级和组件级筛选时间为变量,以总费用最少为目标,使用粒子群算法求解此非线性约束最优化问题。通过仿真实例分析,证明了该方法可以求得最优的筛选时间;同时结果表明,提高应力筛选的加速因子和检测效率,有助于将产品中的次品剔除出去,提高产品的使用可靠性,减少总费用。研究结果可为合理地制定环境应力筛选计划提供基础。In order to make the environmental stress screening plan reasonably,select the appropriate screening time and reduce the cost of environmental stress screening,taking PCB as an example,Weibull distribution is used to describe its life characteristics,and its total cost model during the life cycle of environmental stress screening is established by numerical simulation.Besides,the influencing factors of the cost model are studied,and the particle swarm optimization is used to solve this nonlinear constraint optimization problem with component-level and assembly-level selection time as variabiles and the minimum total cost as the objective.Through simulation analysis,it is proved that the method can obtain the optimal screening time.At the same time,the results show that improving the acceleration factor and detection efficiency of stress screening is helpful to eliminate defective products,improve the reliability of products and reduce the total cost.The research results can provide a basis forformulating environmental stress screening plans reasonably.
