摘　　要：为了实现高g值加速度在空气炮发射的时候触发系统进行采集,需要对压阻式高g值加速度进行精确调零,针对传统的通过滑动变阻器调零误差比较大,提出一种通过建立惠斯通电桥数学模型,分析非线性方程组,采用简化Jacobian矩阵的牛顿迭代法。该算法具有较好的局部收敛性,可以实现MEMS传感器电桥高精度调零,便于准确捕捉到空气炮发射的过载信号。经过数值仿真和空气炮实验表明,采用此方案,延长了弹体生存周期,并能够捕捉到空气炮的发射信号。In order to achieve high-g acceleration during the firing of the air cannon triggering the system to collect,the piezoresistive high-g acceleration needs to be precisely zeroed,and the traditional zero-error through the sliding rheostat is greater,This paper proposes a mathematical model by establishing Wheatstone bridge and analyzing nonlinear equations,so as to simplify Jacobian matrix.The algorithm has good local convergence,can achieve high-precision zero MEMS sensor bridge,which is convenient for accurately capturing the overload signal emitted by the air cannon.Numerical simulation and air gun experiments show that with this scheme,the life cycle of the missile is prolonged,and the firing signal of the air cannon can be captured.
