校企合作视角下的地方高校应用型人才培养模式的探索——以山东理工大学鲁泰纺织服装学院为例

摘　　要：校企合作对于新时代背景下地方高校创新本科人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量发挥着重要作用。文章以山东理工大学鲁泰纺织服装学院为例,对地方高校应用型人才培养的模式进行概括,校企合作促进了学生实践创新和实际动手能力的提高,实现了与企业的师资融合和文化融合,构建了新型的校企合作人才培养机制。In the new era, university-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in the innovation of education pattern to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Taking Lutai Textile Clothing Technology College of Shandong University of Technology as an example, the training model of applied talents in local universities is summarized. University-enterprise cooperation promotes the students' practical innovation ability, brings about the integration of culture with enterprises and constructs the mechanism model of university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training.
