摘　　要：目前地方高校培养传媒类应用型人才的关键在于实践思维的创新,而创新的关键在于培养模式的制定,构建项目化管理、专业赛事平台、校企联合模式、实训室主导、校媒多媒体互动实现培养模式的创新,提高实践教学质量,培养适应社会的高素质的应用型人才。At present, the key to cultivating applied talents of media in local colleges lies in the innovation of practical thinking. The innovation mainly relies on formulating the training model, constructing the project management, building the professional competition platform, adopting school-enterprise cooperation model, strengthening the interaction between school media and multi-media by taking the practical training laboratory as the leading force, realizing the innovation of the training model, improving the quality of practical teaching, and cultivating high-quality applied talents who adapt to the society.
