摘　　要：目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与疗效的关系。方法:回顾性分析西安交通大学第一附属医院自2015年11月至2016年11月间收治的食管鳞癌患者93例,免疫组化SP法检测放射治疗前癌组织中EGFR和VEGF的表达,分析其与临床病理特征及疗效的关系。结果:EGFR、VEGF在93例食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达为分别87.1%、67.7%。EGFR表达与分化程度、N分期及TNM分期明显相关(P <0.05),VEGF表达与N分期及TNM分期明显相关(P <0.05),且VEGF和EGFR的表达具有相关性(r=0.390,P=0.013)。近期疗效相关多因素分析发现EGFR的表达情况及TNM分期与近期疗效显著相关(P <0.05),而与VEGF表达无关(P> 0.05)。结论:EGFR、VEGF在食管鳞癌中高表达,尤其在有淋巴转移及TNM分期较晚的组织中,且二者表达具有相关性; EGFR的过表达与近期疗效有关。Objective:To probe into the relation of expressions of EGFR and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with therapy efficacy. Methods:93 patients with carcinoma of esophagus from November,2015 to November,2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,were involved in this research,and their clinical data were reviewed and analyzed.Immunohistochemical SP was used to test expressions of EGFR and VEGF in the cancer tissues.Relationships between the expressions and the clinicopathological characteristics and efficiency of therapy were analyzed. Results:The positive expressions of EGFR and VEGF were 87.1%and 67.7%,respectively.The expression of EGFR was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation,N stage and TNM stage( P <0.05).The expression of VEGF was significantly correlated with N stage and TNM stage( P <0.05).Meanwhile expressions of VEGF and EGFR were significantly correlated( r =0.390, P =0.013).In terms of the single factor analysis related to recent curative effects,EGFR expression and TNM stage had significant correlation with recent curative effects ( P <0.05,respectively),while VEGF expression had nothing to do with recent curative effects ( P >0.05). Conclusion:EGFR and VEGF are highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,especially in tissues with lymphatic metastasis and late TNM staging.Meanwhile expressions of VEGF and EGFR were significantly correlated.Expression of EGFR is associated with the short-term outcomes.
