工作负荷与建筑工人不安全行为的结构关系研究

摘　　要：通过文献研究分析得出工作负荷、工作满意度和安全心理的基本关系,进而构建它们与不安全行为的初始模型;采用SPSS软件对调研问卷进行信度和效度分析,同时使用AMOS软件进行初始模型的验证分析;最后根据模型的路径结果,从工作负荷的角度提出建筑工人不安全行为的预防对策。结果显示:工作负荷对安全心理和工作满意度都具有显著影响;工作满意度和安全心理共同对建筑工人的不安全行为产生显著正向影响。Firstly,the paper analyzes and obtains the basic relationship between workload,work satisfaction and security psychology through literature research analysis,and then constructs an initial model of above factors and unsafe behaviors,and uses SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and AMOS software for validation analysis of the initial model at the same time. Finally,proposes the prevention countermeasures for construction workers' unsafe behavior from the perspective of workload according to the results of the path results with the model. The results show that the workload has a significant impact on safety psychology and work satisfaction,and work satisfaction and safety psychology have a significant positive effect on construction workers' unsafe behavior.
