摘 要:为探讨四川民族地区教师职业承诺特点及影响因素,采用《中小学教师职业承诺问卷》对四川民族地区的444名中小学教师进行调查.结果显示,民族地区教师的职业承诺表现出如下特点:藏族、彝族中小学教师的职业承诺总均分、现实价值承诺及机会代价承诺维度得分显著高于汉族中小学教师;除义务规范承诺外,女性教师的职业承诺总均分及各维度得分均显著高于男性得分;在教龄和职称上,随教学时间的增长,教师职业承诺变化整体呈现出逐渐下降的趋势;而随着职称的提升,教师职业承诺变化整体无显著差异;小学教师在职业承诺总均分、理想价值观承诺及现实价值承诺维度的得分显著高于中学教师;乡村中小学教师得分显著高于镇和县市的中小学教师得分.回归分析表明:性别、学校类型、民族等是四川民族地区中小学教师职业承诺的主要影响因素.In order to find out about the characteristics and influencing factors of teachers'occupational commitment in Sichuan ethnic areas,a total of 483 teachers from primary and middle schools in Sichuan minority areas were subjected to questionnaire survey for measuring their occupational commitment.The results showed that:(1)The occupational commitment of teachers in minority areas shows the following characteristics:in terms of the occupational commitment,realistic value commitment and opportunity cost commitment,the Tibetan and Yi primary and middle school teachers were significantly higher than that of the Han teachers;except the obligation normative commitment,the scores of the occupational commitment of female teachers were significantly higher than that of their male counterparts in all other dimensions;In terms of teaching age and professional title,with the increase of teaching years,the change of teachers'professional commitment shows a gradual downward trend.However,with the ascending of professional titles,the professional commitment of teachers shows no significant change in general.The occupational commitment of primary school teachers were significantly better than that of secondary school teachers in the three dimensions:the occupational commitment total average score,ideal value commitment and realistic value commitment.Rural teachers'occupational commitment were significantly better than those of teachers in the towns and counties.(2)Regression analysis showed:gender,school type and ethnics are the principal influencing factors affecting the occupational commitment of primary and middle school teachers in ethnic areas.
