校院两级管理体制下的教学新模式

摘　　要：校园两级管理体制作为高校管理中的新模式,由于诸多原因,在实施过程中存在很大的困难。高校和相关管理人员应当积极采取措施,科学设置专业,合理分配学校及学院的管理权力,促进校院管理体制下新的教学模式的发展。Campus two-level management system is a new mode of university management.Because of many reasons,it is very difficult to implement it.Colleges and relevant managers should take active measures to set up specialties scientifically,allocate management power of schools and colleges together,and promote the development of new teaching mode under the management system of colleges and universities.
