加拿大儿童早期教育体系对“幼有所育新发展”的启示

摘　　要：加拿大婴幼儿托育机构由各省教育部统一管理,安大略省执照托儿中心的运营及师资的培养与配备为我国创建婴幼儿托育体系、推动二孩政策的施行提供了参考与借鉴。安省多伦多市采用的在线评估系统将对执照托儿中心的监管体系透明化,为托育机构的健康发展提供保障。Child care centers in Canada are supervised by the Ministry of Education in each province.The implications of licensed child care centers and the philosophy of cultivating qualified early childhood educators in Ontario will enrich the ongoing framework in the development of child care system in China and contribute to the two-child policy.The online early learning and care assessment system in Toronto posts the latest evaluation report of licensed child care centers to the public,which enhances the healthy development of child care service.
