摘 要:"分配正义"是王船山经济伦理思想中的重要议题。王船山的基本分配理念是保持百姓有恒定的财产,国家收取有所节制;他对传统"设政驱之以齐"的"均平"方式进行了方法论上的批判,并提出了"均之者,非齐之者"的深刻命题。保持差异性与平等性共存是船山主张实现分配正义的价值维度,而"无大损于民"则是通向分配正义的可行性路径。在王船山分配正义理论中,有诸多新颖的问题维度和解决问题的新视域,可以成为当今中国社会实现利益再分配、再调节,以构建和谐共生共赢社会的宝贵资源,值得深入挖掘并借鉴。The “justice distribution” is an important topic in Wang Chuanshan's economic ethics thought. The basic distribution idea of Wang Chuanshan is to keep the people with constant property and the state collects should be moderated. He criticizes the traditional “homogeneous” way of “setting the political drive”,and puts forward the profound proposition of “the average point of view”. Maintaining difference and equal coexistence is the value dimension of Chuanshan's advocating the realization of justice distribution,while “no great loss to the people” is the practical path leading to justice distribution. In the theory of Wang Chuanshan s justice distribution,there are many novel problem dimensions and new visual domains of solving problems,which can become the valuable traditional resources of realizing the redistribution and readjustment of the interests in Chinese society in order to construct a harmonious symbiosis and win-win society,which is worthy of deep excavation and reference.
