摘　　要：成人教育工作者的专业化是我国成人教育事业发展的必然要求,也是满足广大成人学习者需求的必要保障。针对成人教育工作者现实状况,政府应尽快构建成人教育工作者资格认证机制,高校应加强成人教育的学科建设与专业人才培育,业界应建立成人教育专业人才学习交流平台。政府、社会、高校和行业各方通力合作,促进成人教育工作者的专业化,适应新时代成人教育发展的新需求。Professionalized development of adult educators is not only an inevitable requirement for the progress of adult education in China,but also the necessary guarantee for meeting the needs of adult learners.As far as adult educators are concerned,the government should establish a qualification authentication mechanism for educators promptly,colleges and universities should improve discipline construction and the quality of training adult education professionals,adult education organizations should build up a platform for learning and communication between adult educators,and,above all,the government,the society,universities and various industries should cooperate with each other to promote adult educators'professionalized development,which is the requirement of the New Era for the development of adult education.
