不同理论视角下组织间合作创新的对比分析

摘　　要：在开放式创新背景下,越来越多的企业已经意识到合作的重要性,并开始通过与外部组织合作来促进创新。本文以组织间合作创新研究为切入点,分别从交易成本理论、资源基础观、社会资本理论和知识基础观等不同理论视角,系统、深入地剖析了组织间合作对创新的推动作用。虽然不同理论视角下的研究各有侧重,但在解释过程中都遵循合作对创新所带来的利益驱动;不同视角的研究也并不彼此割裂,相互之间存在很强的互补性。现有研究仍存在研究视角静态性、研究方法单一性、研究主体不平衡性等不足,未来还应注意区分具体情境、关注新兴经济体、运用动态思维、探究合作创新绩效与合作伙伴数量的相对平衡、进行多学科融合研究等。Under the background of open innovation,a growing number of organizations have realized the importance of cooperation and started to promote innovation by cooperating with other organizations.This paper,takes the inter-organizational cooperative innovation as a starting point,systematically and deeply analyzes the promoting role of inter-organizational cooperation in innovation from the perspectives of transaction cost theory,resource-based view,social capital theory,and knowledge-based view.We argue that although the research under different theoretical perspectives has their own emphasis,in the process of interpretation,the interests driven by cooperation are followed.Besides,the researches from different perspectives are not separated from each other,and there is strong complementarity between them.However,there are still some deficiencies in the existing research,such as the static nature of research perspective,the simplex of the research method and the imbalance of the subject.Therefore,we suggest that more attention should be paid to distinguishing specific situations,focusing on the emerging economies,employing dynamic thoughts,exploring the balance between cooperative innovation performance and the number of partners,and conducting multidisciplinary integration research.
