摘　　要：高校研究型辅导员培育是培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求,是辅导员职业化、专业化发展的应有之义,是大学生全面发展和健康成长的迫切要求。现实中高校研究型辅导员培育工作存在学科专业不契合、事务性工作繁重、职业认同度较低等现实困境,亟需科学组织招聘,明确职业定位,确立研究方向,明晰职责范围,强化科研培训等,构建高校研究型辅导员培育的使然路径。The training of research-oriented college advisors is a necessary requirement of the training of qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist cause,a natural path to advisors’professionalization and and specialization and a must for college students’sound and well-rounded development.Training of research-oriented advisors is faced with problems such as disciplinary disagreement,too much routine work and low-level professional identity.To solve these problems,efforts must be made to ensure scientific recruitment,definite professional positioning,clear research direction,explicit description of responsibilities and intensified research training.
