基于“五位一体”的地方高校实验室建设的探索

摘　　要：高校实验室和实验教学是培养大批具有创新精神和实践能力的高水平技术型人才的重要载体,是全面提升高校创新能力,推进科技成果转化的重要支柱,是高校办学实力的标志之一。阐述了在实验室建设和实验教学中存在的问题,提出了以"产、学、研、教、赛"五位一体推进实验室建设和实验教学改革,即以校企联盟和校企合作促发展、以实验教学设备自主研发促建设、以实验教学水平评估促改进、以实验教学改革促提升、以学生科技团队、项目和竞赛促实效。总结了近年来学校在实验室建设和实验教学改革方面的管理思路和工作实践。The laboratory and experimental teaching in universities is an important carrier to cultivate high level technical talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,an important pillar for improving the innovative ability of universities and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,a symbol of the strength of universities.The paper elaborates the existing problems in the construction of laboratory and experimental teaching,puts forward to promote the laboratory construction and the experimental teaching reform by the five in one way,i.e.,“production, study, research, teaching and competition”.These measures promote the development by the alliance and cooperation between school and enterprises,promote the construction by researching and developing the experimental teaching equipments independently,promote the improvement by the evaluation of experimental teaching level,promote the promotion by reforming the experimental teaching,promote the effectiveness by the students’ scientific and technological teams,projects and competitions.The paper summarizes up the management ideas and work practice of the school for the laboratory construction and experimental teaching reform in recent years.
