摘　　要：通过调查高校实验室废弃物管理和处置中存在的问题,提出从提高思想认识、加强业务培训、规范管理制度和进行系统规划等方面加强高校实验室废弃物安全管理的措施,为实验室安全管理提供参考。Through the investigation of the problems existing in the management and disposal of laboratory waste in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the safety management of university laboratory waste from the aspects of raising the ideological awareness, strengthening the professional training, standardizing the management system and carrying out the systematic planning, so as to provide reference for laboratory safety management.
