摘 要:借鉴瑞士现代学徒制的经验,是一个从"舶来品"到"本土化"的渐进的发展过程。以瑞士现代学徒制人才培养模式发展脉络的纵向逻辑为出发点,从人才培养目标、人才培养场域、人才培养的教师队伍、人才培养准入等方面,考量瑞士现代学徒制人才培养模式的特色之处。基于此,提出中国建设现代学徒制的启示,包括以知识、技能和能力全方面发展为人才培养目标,构建"职业院校—企业—培训机构"三位一体的人才培养场域,搭建多层次、多技能的双师型教师队伍,做好多样化的学徒申请和遴选制度。Using the experiences of Switzerland’s modern apprenticeship for reference has substantially undergone a gradual evolution process from “imported product” to “localized one”. Starting from the longitudinal logic line of the development context of talent cultivation mode of Switzerland’s modern apprenticeship, this article has studied its characteristic dimensions on such aspects of talent cultivation as objectives, fields, teaching staff and admittance criteria etc. Based on this, it has pointed out the inspiration to construct China’s own modern apprenticeship for talent cultivation, including to reach the objectives for knowledge, technical skills and all-round development, to construct the three-in-one fields of “vocational college-enterprise-training institution”, to organize the “dual professional” teaching staff of multiple skills at diversified layers, and to complete a diversified system for apprenticeship application and selection.
