高等职业技术师范院校师资培养的现状与对策分析——以JL职业技术师范学院为例

摘　　要：高等职业技术师范院校是为职业院校培养培训专业课师资的专属机构,在职教师资培养、技术技能人才培养和职业教育现代化发展中发挥着重要作用。针对目前高等职业技术师范院校在师资培养中人才培养目标偏移、教学中缺少师范性及教学评价单一等问题,找准学校办学定位,形成院校自身特色、引进现代教育理念,优化人才培养方案,建立完善的评价体系,是提高培养质量的主要建设路径。Higher vocational teachers colleges of technology is the exclusive training institution to cultivate professional courses teachers for vocational schools, which plays an important role in vocational teacher training, technical skills, personnel training and the modernization of vocational education development. Aiming at the problems of the deviation of current talent training target for the teacher, the lack of teacher education and the single evaluation of teaching, the paper puts forward the path to master the orientation of the school, forms the characteristics of the university, introduces the modern educational concept, optimizes the talents training programs, establishes a comprehensive evaluation system, in order to improve the training quality.
