摘  要:在新形势下培育工匠精神有利于促进现代职业教育持续、协调、健康发展。通过分析多维度教学环境要素和育人内涵,对均衡视角下高职教育培育工匠精神的路径和方法进行探讨,旨在加强工匠精神的养成教育、体验教育和实践教育。培育工匠精神与现代职业教育畅通衔接,提高学生职业修养与应用技能全面发展。Fostering craftsman spirit under new situation is conducive to promoting the sustainable, coordinated and healthy development of modern vocational education. By analyzing the elements of multi-dimensional educational environment and the connotation of educating students, this paper discusses the path and method of cultivating the craftsman spirit in higher vocational education from the perspective of equilibrium, aiming at strengthening formative education, experiential education and practical education of the spirit. Cultivation of the craftsman spirit should be smoothly connected with modern vocational education to improve comprehensive development of students’ professional ethics and practical skills.
