摘　　要：探讨了经济新常态对高职财经专业人才培养的影响,从培养适应新常态的财经类人才出发,以江苏联合职业技术学院扬州分院为例,从人才培养目标、培养方式、教学管理、课程建设、实践教学、师资建设、教学评价等方面探讨财经类专业"赛教融合"的人才培养模式创新的思想及做法。This paper probes into the influence of the economic new normal on the training of financial talents in higher vocational colleges.Starting from training financial talents who are adapted to the economic new normal,this paper takes Jiangsu Union Technical Institute Yangzhou Branch as an example to probe into the thoughts and practices on the innovation of financial talent training mode with the integration of competition and teaching from the aspects of talent training objectives,training methods,teaching management,curriculum construction,practical teaching,teaching faculty construction and teaching evaluation.
