摘 要:信息技术的发展推动着开放式教育体系的建立,同时伴随着许多机遇和挑战.当前严谨和僵化的学历和学分认证体系由于缺乏能力的互认,已经无法适应新的学习环境.在工程教育OBE理念的指导下,该文针对复杂工程问题学习成果评价和验证的问题,以"信息安全认知分析"为案例,结合国内教育部元数据标准阐述了工程教育开放徽章的构建,建立了基于网络学习空间的证据链接机制,并基于区块链技术提出了开放徽章的应用,为徽章数据的可信度、可靠性以及可验证性等方面提供了解决路径.The development of information technology promotes the establishment of an open education system,which is accompanied by many opportunities and challenges.It is obvious that the current rigorous and rigid academic and credit certification system is unable to adapt to the new learning environment due to the lack of mutual recognition of ability.Under the guidance of the idea of OBE in engineering education,this paper,aiming at the problem of evaluation and verification of complex engineering problem learning achievement,takes “Information Security Cognitive Analysis” as a case,and expounds the construction of open badge of engineering education in combination with the metadata standard of Ministry of Education of China.The evidence link mechanism based on the learning space of network is established,and the application of open badge based on block chain technology is proposed,which provides a solution for the reliability,reliability and verifiability of badge data.
