摘　　要：高职高专医学院校校外实践教学基地建设对提高学生动手操作能力,提升教育教学质量,培养高素质技能型实用性人才至关重要。本文指出了高职高专医学院校校外教学基地建设和管理的重要性,分析了教学基地目前建设和管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了下一步可能的研究方向,包括完善教学设施,改善教学条件,提高管理水平,建立科学、系统、客观的评价体系和指导方案等,推动校外教学基地建设良性发展。The construction of off-campus practice teaching base in higher vocational medical colleges is very important to improve students'operational ability, improve the quality of education and teaching, and train high-quality skilled practical talents. This paper points out the importance of the construction and management of off-campus teaching bases in medical colleges of Higher Vocational colleges, analyses the problems existing in the construction and management of teaching bases at present, and puts forward the possible research directions for the next step, including improving teaching facilities, improving teaching conditions, improving management level, and establishing science, system and customers. The evaluation system and guidance plan of the concept will promote the sound development of the construction of off-campus teaching bases.
