摘　　要：目的多系统萎缩患者的康复鲜有经验,本文报道1例典型多系统萎缩小脑型患者的康复训练过程,供康复医师参考。方法对1例MSA-C型患者的康复训练经验进行总结。结果患者男性,46岁,主因"行走不稳、言语含糊进行性加重3年余,伴头晕6个月"于2016年8月以"共济失调原因待查"入院。患者于3年余前(2013年)无明显诱因出现行走不稳,下楼梯时明显,同时出现言语略含糊,此后患者上述症状进行性加重,并逐渐出现书写费力、头晕等,严重影响工作及日常生活。诊断为可能的多系统萎缩,采用基于新Bobath技术的PT训练,结合提高Frenkel体操训练平衡功能,言语训练改善构音障碍。患者经3个月康复治疗,Berg平衡量表评分自43分提高到49分,言语清晰度提高,步态改善。1年后随访患者仍坚持康复训练,可平地步行,监护下上下楼梯。结论合理的康复训练能够有效延缓多系统萎缩病程,提高患者的生活质量。Objective This article reports a typical MSA-C patient's rehabilitation training experience.Methods A case of MSA-C patients with rehabilitation training experience were summarized.Results A 46-year-old male patient,with walking instability and verbal ambiguous progressively aggravated for more than 3 years,dizziness for 6 months.3 years ago(2013)he appeared unstable walking without incentive,when down the stairs appeared more obviously,while his words slightly vague,then the patient's symptoms aggravated gradually,and appeared writing difficult,dizziness,seriously affected his work and daily life.He was diagnosed as possible multiple system atrophy,We used Bobath technology for physical therapy,combined with Frenkel gymnastics to train balance function,and improve verbal clarity.With 3 months of rehabilitation,the patient's Berg balance scale score increased from 43 points to 49 points,verbal clarity improved,gait improved.We followed up one year later,the patient continued the rehabilitation and can walk on foot,go up and down stairs under surveillance.Conclusion Proper rehabilitation training can effectively delay the progress of multiple system atrophy and improve the life quality.
