健康教育干预应用于消化系统慢性胃炎护理的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价健康教育干预应用于慢性胃炎护理中的效果,为胃炎护理工作提供参考。方法:选择我院消化内科2017年5月-2018年2月期间收治治疗的94例慢性胃炎患者,随机分组(对照组、观察组),分别采取常规护理以及联合健康教育干预。结果:观察组慢性胃炎患者疾病知晓度、护理满意度占比均高于对照组,生活质量评分同样高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:给予慢性胃炎患者健康教育干预可以提高患者疾病知识知晓度以及护理质量、生活质量,预后价值显著。Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education intervention in the nursing of chronic gastritis,and to provide reference for the nursing of gastritis.Methods:94 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group)from May 2017 to February 2018.Routine nursing and combined health education intervention were adopted respectively.Result:The percentages of disease awareness and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic gastritis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education intervention for patients with chronic gastritis can improve their awareness of disease knowledge,quality of nursing and quality of life,and has significant prognostic value.
