摘 要:近年来因台风、暴雨等自然灾害和社会公共卫生事件等造成的食品安全问题引起了海南省政府和社会各界的广泛关注。特别是在突发事件下的食品应急物流工作,关系到海南人民的生命安全。而食品应急供应商作为食品应急物流的关键环节,起到了保证食品安全的重要作用。文章主要研究在突发事件下如何对食品应急供应商进行选择,构建了海南食品应急供应商选择评价体系,通过AHP法对食品质量、食品价格、经营环境和应急能力4个因素进行量化评估,提出了要完善海南食品应急供应商数据库、提高海南食品应急供应商应急能力和建立海南食品应急供应商信息追溯系统的对策,为海南省政府及相关部门在突发事件下选择食品应急供应商提供参考建议。In recent years,food safety problems caused by typhoons,rainstorms and other natural disasters and social public health incidents attracted wide attention of Hainan provincial government and the communities.Especially in some emergencies,the food logistics is related to the security of people on the island.And food emergency suppliers play an important role in ensuring food safety as they would be the key link in the food emergency logistics.This article mainly studies how to choose the food emergency supplier under the emergencies,construct food emergency supplier selection and evaluation system in Hainan province,and quantitatively evaluate food quality,food price,business environment and emergency response ability by AHP method to perfect food emergency suppliers database,improve their emergency response capability and establish food emergency suppliers information retrospective system.All of these would be the recommendations for Hainan provincial government and relevant departments in selecting the suppliers in the events of emergency.
