摘  要:随着国家提出"一带一路"战略决策,我国利用区域位置优势积极发展港口物流,港口物流是物流产业的分支,同时也是融合区域合作发展经济的必然趋势。辽东湾港口产业作为国家新兴港口,资源快速整合和战略改革,由此促使区域物流急缺物流管理专业岗位人才,以培养物流行业高素质技能型人才为目标,加强物流核心能力培养是高职院校提高培养人才质量的必然之路。文章以辽东湾港口发展作为背景依托,通过引入本土化双元制教学育人模式,通过研讨、论证将高职物流专业人才培养和港口升级结合,探索出培养适合实际岗位需求的创新型高职物流人才。With the strategic decision of“one belt and one road”proposed by the state,China actively develops port logistics with the advantage of regional location.Port logistics is a branch of the logistics industry,and it is also an inevitable trend for the regional cooperation to develop the economy.Liaodong Bay port industry is a new port in China.The rapid integration of resources and strategic reform have promoted the urgent shortage of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges for regional logistics posts.Based on the development of Liaodong Bay port as the background,through introducing the localization of dual-system teaching mode,through discussion and demonstration,the paper combines the training of logistics professionals in higher vocational colleges with port upgrading,and explores the cultivation of innovative logistics professionals suitable for the actual post needs.
