摘　　要：实践教学是高等院校本科生培养计划中重要组成部分。旨在训练学生专业基本技能、培养学生专业知识的运用能力,也是培养学生创新精神的重要手段。针对同济大学生命科学与技术学院开设的实践教学课程"专业课实习"进行了一些改革和创新,以生产企业作为实训基地引入实践教学当中,取得了一定的成效,探索出在实践教学中培养高素质、创新型人才之路。Practice teaching is an important part in cultivating undergraduate students. It is not only to train the students’ applying ability of professional knowledge, but also an important means to cultivate students’ innovative spirit. Reform on practice teaching course “Professional Course Practice” was carried out. By introducing enterprise as training base into practice teaching, some achievement was obtained. The way to train high-quality and innovative talents in practice teaching was explored.
