摘  要:目的了解儿科护士的职业认同水平和离职倾向,并分析其相关性,为管理者采取措施减少儿科护士流失提供理论依据。方法采用护士职业认同评定量表和离职倾向量表对北京市三级甲等医院的713名儿科护士进行问卷调查。结果 33.38%的儿科护士职业认同水平低。儿科护士的职业认同受年龄、工作年限、职称、家庭经济状况、婚姻状况和编制的影响。9.96%的儿科护士具有离职倾向。儿科护士离职倾向与职业认同呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论管理者应关注儿科护士的职业认同与离职倾向水平,可以通过提高儿科护士职业认同感,减少其离职倾向及离职行为。Objective To investigate the professional identity and turnover intention among pediatric nurses,and analyze the correlation between them.Provide theoretical basis for managers to take measures to reduce the loss of pediatric nurses.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 713 pediatrics nurses in 3A-level hospitals of Beijing by the professional identify scale and turnover intention scale.Results Totally,33.38%pediatric nurses had low professional identities and 9.96%pediatric nurses showed significant turnover intention.Professional identity was related to nurse's age,length of service,professional title,family economic status,marital status and establishment.It was negatively correlated with the turnover intention(P<0.01).Conclusions The professional identity and turnover intention of pediatric nurses should be paid attention.Managers can take measures to increase the professional identity,to decrease turnover intention and behavior of pediatric nurses.
