产学合作机制下财经类高校实践教学的特色构建与创新性改革

摘　　要：实践教学是产学合作机制下财经类高校教学改革的重要内容。受财经类高校自身属性的影响,以科研促进产学合作和服务地方经济的团队特色有利于实践教学的开展。财经类高校实践性教学特色体现在产——学资源双向互配、实验与竞技比赛、社会实践调研及实习知识反馈与创新上。实践资源库为产学合作提供专家、案例和课程资源。财经类高校可从实践教学体系、实践导师制、毕业设计实践性、实践教学交流以及智能课堂等多方面创新实践教学模式。Practical teaching plays an important role in teaching reform of financial and economic universities under the mechanism of industry-university partnership (IUP). Under the influence of self-attributes,team characteristics of scientific research to promote IUP and serve local economy are conducive to the development of practical teaching. The practical teaching characteristics of financial and economic universities are reflected in the two-way mutual matching of production and learning resources,experiment and competitive competition,social practical research and internship knowledge feedback and innovation. The Practical Resource Library provides experts,case studies,and curriculum resources for IUP. Financial and economic universities can innovate practical teaching modes from practical teaching system,practical tutor system,graduation design practice,practical teaching exchange,and intelligent classroom.
