摘  要:建立了复合悬挂弹性特性数学模型,分析了复合悬挂设计中的静载荷分配和由温升带来的车姿变化对特性的影响。结果表明:扭杆油气复合悬挂的实质是集成纯油气悬挂和纯扭杆悬挂各自的优势,并使弹性元件可靠性显著提高;在工程设计中,复合悬挂静载荷分配系数应在0. 5~0. 8,以权衡行驶平顺性和弹性元件可靠性。Mathematical model of combined suspension spring characteristics were established. The problem of static load distribution in the design of combined suspension and suspension characteristic change by posture variation caused by temperature rise were studied. The results show that the essence of torsion rod hydro-pneumatic combined suspension was to compromise the ride comfort between pure hydro-pneumatic suspension with pure torsion rod suspension, and to improve the reliability of elastic elements. In engineering design, the static load distribution coefficient should be between 0.5 and 0.8 to balance the conflict between ride comfort and vehicle posture change.
