摘  要:以玉米须为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取玉米须中的多酚,在单因素试验萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间以及夹带剂乙醇浓度对玉米须多酚提取量影响的基础上,采用中心组合设计,响应面优化分析最佳萃取工艺。结果表明,超临界CO_2萃取压力37 MPa,萃取温度55℃以及夹带剂乙醇浓度为76%,在此条件下得到的玉米须多酚提取量为8.54 mg/g,同时玉米须多酚对DPPH自由基清除效果的研究表明,玉米须多酚具有一定的抗氧化能力。Using corn silk as material,supercritical CO2 extraction process of corn silk was studied.Supercritical CO2 extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,and ethanol concentration were determined by single factor experiment,on the basis of which,three factors were further studied with response surface optimization method by using central composite design.Results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:supercritical CO2 extraction pressure of 37 MPa,extraction temperature of 55℃,and ethanol concentration of 76%,under these conditions,the highest product yield of corn silk polyphenol could be 8.54 mg/g.Furthermore,studies on DPPH radical scavenging activities of corn silk polyphenol showed that corn silk polyphenol had better antioxidant activites.
