摘  要:现代学徒制是"师带徒"与现代职业教育体系深度融合的一种新型校企合作育人模式,是当前职教改革发展的一个热点方向。针对我国职业院校面临的传统技能人才培养困境,从制度设计、任职资格、师资队伍等维度系统地提出了"两能三元四步"现代学徒制人才培养新模式,为企业技能人才培养途径和职业院校教学质量的提高提供了新的参考。Modern apprenticeship is a new type of school-enterprise cooperative education mode, which deeply integrates "teacher leading apprentice" and modern vocational education system and it is a hot direction of current vocational education reform and development. Aiming at the dilemma of traditional skilled talent training faced by vocational colleges in China, this paper systematically puts forward a new training mode of "two abilities, three aspects and four steps" modern apprenticeship system from the dimensions of system design, qualification and teaching staff. It provides a new reference for the training way of enterprises and the improvement of teaching quality in vocational colleges.
