摘　　要：江西省农村中小学体育师资无论是数量上还是质量上都存在一定的差距,本文分析了农村教师队伍目前的现状并对原因进行了剖析,提出了一些建设构想。There is a certain gap in the quantity and quality of rural primary and secondary school PE teachers in Jiangxi Province. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural teachers as well as its causes, and puts forward some construction ideas.
