摘　　要：辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育的组织实施者和指导者,沟通管理是辅导员进行思想政治教育工作的主要内容和重要环节。在管理学上,沟通有受者、传者、媒介三大要素。结合管理学理论,将洞悉受者角色的大学生、科学认识传者角色的辅导员、创新沟通媒介、丰富沟通渠道、完善沟通模式五个方面有效运用于当前辅导员工作的具体实践,有利于建设融洽的师生关系,做好思想政治教育工作。Counselors are the organizers and instructors of daily ideological and political education of university students. Communication management is the main content and important link. In management, communication is divided into three major elements: recipient, transmitter and media. We are effectively applied to the specific practice of the current counselor’s work from the five aspects of understanding the role of college students as recipients, knowing the role of a counselor as a communicator, innovating communication medium, enriching communication channels, consummating communication mode. It is conducive to building a harmonious teacher-student relationship and successfully completing ideological and political education work, combining the theory of management.
