摘　　要：工匠精神是质量的灵魂,是高质量发展的推动者。我国"工匠精神"的回归对我国科技发展和制造业的可持续发展有着重要意义。注重对高职学生"工匠精神"的培养是提高学生职业素质的重要方面。教师可通过创新创业工作室对学生进行指导,加强对学生的爱岗敬业、精益求精以及求实创新等工匠精神的培育,以培养出具有"工匠精神"的应用型人才。Craftsmanship spirit is the soul of quality and the promoter of quality development.The return of"craftsmanship spirit"in China is very important to the development of science and technology and the sustainable development of manufacturing industry.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational students is an important aspect to improve students'professional quality.The teacher can guide students in the innovation entrepreneurship studio,strengthen the cultivation of being committed to one's profession,constantly striving for perfection,and being realistic and innovative in order to train the applied students with craftsmanship spirit.
