摘　　要：水利职业教育是水利行业技能人才培养的主阵地,水利产业升级对水利职业教育提出新的要求。福建水利职业教育将水利产业链、专业链、人才链和创新链相融合,从动态调整优化专业结构、创新人才培养模式、搭建技术服务平台、加强内涵建设提高人才培养质量等方面开展水利职业教育供给侧改革,取得明显成效。Water conservancy vocational education is the battle position of highly-skilled talent training in the water conservancy industry and water conservancy industrial upgrading brings up new demands for its vocational education.The water conservancy vocational education in Fujian combines its industrial chain,professional chain,human resources chain and innovation chain together,develops its water conservancy supply-side reform from such aspects as dynamic adjustment and optimization of professional structure,innovative personnel training mode,setting up technical service platform,strengthening connotation construction to improve the quality of talent training,which has resulted in apparent success.
