转化医学理念下临床生物化学检验教学改革的探讨

摘　　要：转化医学是在临床与实验室之间建立的双向转化通道,旨在促进基础医学研究和临床实践的相互发展。如何在医学教育阶段开始培养医学生的转化医学思维成为各大医学院校面临的重要课题。结合当前临床生物化学检验教学现状,优化教学大纲、更新教学内容,并采用多种教学方法,逐步有效地将转化医学的理念、思维和方法引入临床生物化学检验教学模式改革中,既是当代医学教育发展的需要,也是培养应用型医学检验技术人才的需要。Translational medicine refers to the establishment of a two-way transformation channel between clinical and laboratory,aiming at promoting the mutual development of basic medical research and clinical practice.How to train medical students'translational medicine thinking in the medical education stage has become an important issue faced by major medical universities.Based on the current situation of clinical biochemistry testing teaching,we will optimize the teaching programme,update the content of teaching,and adopt a variety of teaching methods to gradually and effectively introduce the concepts,thoughts,and methods of transforming medicine into the reform of clinical biochemistry testing teaching model.It is not only the need of the development of contemporary medical education,but also the need to train the talents of applied medical examination technology.
