摘　　要：职业支援计划是新加坡2015年针对大龄失业人群实施的就业援助政策。新加坡面临的经济增长乏力、经济结构转型和劳动力老龄化等问题,促成了该职业支援计划的形成。它通过加大对继续教育和培训的支持力度,提升40岁以上失业人群的职业技能,对雇佣长期失业者的企业进行工资援助,为劳资双方开展职业配对服务。该计划为我国推进就业援助工作提供了思路:应重视对中年失业者的职业技能培训,对雇佣中年失业者的雇主或企业提供税收优惠或薪酬津贴,应在失业者与雇主、企业间建立配对桥梁等。The Career Support Program in Singapore is an important policy text for the employment assistance for the older unemployed. By analyzing the formation backgrounds of the policy, interpreting its significant features, highlighting its effective implementation, it can help readers to understand the features and trends of the employment assistance for the unemployed in Singapore deeply and accurately and provide reference for improving the employment assistance efficiency in China.
