摘　　要：一直以来,我们白酒的勾兑主要是由勾兑师凭借感官品评技能和勾兑经验来完成的,伴随着技术人员的年龄、心理、外界坏境等因素的影响,制约了白酒勾调水平的稳定发挥,从而影响白酒批次间的质量波动,随着计算机科学的应用和发展,白酒企业市场的扩大,消费者需求的提高,公司领导审时度势,将计算机技术与白酒勾调技术有机的融合,从而实现了白酒自动化勾调的人机结合,开启白酒业界的新征程,使白酒走向快速、健康、持续的发展轨道。All along, the blending of our liquor has been mainly done by the blending division with the help of sensory evaluation skills and experience, with the influence of the age, psychology, and external bad environment of the technicians.
